To set this up you can either contact us directly with your request or configure it yourself via the web hosting control panel . If contacting us, make sure you specify the email address you wish to have forwarded and where it is being forwarded to.
Configuring Email Forwarding using your Web Hosting control panel.
This differs depending on the hosting plan you are on:
> Configuring email forwarding in a BusinessHosting plan
> Configuring email forwarding in a Windows Hosting plan
> Configuring email forwarding in a Budget Hosting plan
Configuring email forwarding in a Business Hosting plan
Log into your Business Hosting Control Panel at the following location www.clients.redalto.com and follow the below steps:
1. Click on Email configuration/setup in the left side menu
2. Click on the email address you want to forward.
3. If your going to foward it to another email address on the same domain click Deliver mail to an internal address, how ever if your going to forward to an email on another domain click Deliver mail to an external address
4. Now you will see a text area, type in the email address you want it to be forwarded to. *Note if you want it to forward to more than one email address simply put them on a new line..
5. Now click Update.
Configuring email forwarding in a Windows Hosting plan
Log into your Windows Hosting Control Panel at the following location www.clients.redalto.net and follow the below steps:
1.
Click on Domains now click on the domain name your email is from.
2. Click on the Email Forwarding and Add New .
3. For "Email Address:" type in the email address you want to be forwarded, and for " Forward To" type in the address which you want to recieve the forwarded emails.
4. Finally click Save and all emails should now be forwarded..
Configuring email forwarding in a Budget Hosting plan
Log into your Business Hosting Control Panel at the following location www.clients.homepagecentre.com and follow the below steps:
1. Under the topic Mail click Forwarders
2. Click on the Add Forwarder button
3. Now in the Address to Forward field type in the email Name
4. Now in the Forward to email address field type in full email address you want all incoming mail to be forwarded to
5. Now click Add Forwarder button to complete forward.
